Terms of Service
By accessing Quadmegle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Quadmegle is not intended for children.
Community rules
You must not use Quadmegle for nudity or sexual content, harassment, threats, hate speech, violence, child exploitation, scams, spam, impersonation, illegal activity, or conduct that puts another person at risk. Do not share another person’s private information or record people outside the disclosed reporting feature without a lawful basis and their consent where required.
Moderation and bans
We may investigate reports, disconnect users, block IP addresses, preserve relevant report evidence, or permanently ban access when we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached. Attempts to evade a ban are prohibited.
Video chat and reporting
Video and audio are exchanged directly between participants using browser real-time communication. For safety reporting, participants may locally buffer up to the preceding 10 seconds of a remote stream. That evidence is sent to Quadmegle only when a user chooses to submit a report.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, particular matches, or that every participant will comply with these terms. Leave a conversation and report it if you feel unsafe.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
